Now Some Tips Regarding Cardio
Warm up is very essential and if you are starting running or walking without worm up then you could actually hurt yourself, and I would suggest you to drink one cup of coffee half an hour before running and it will actually help you lose weight faster when you get ready for running, walk faster for 5 minutes and let your body get sweet and getting fire up and then start running.
Don’t Overdo It
You cannot start running for 45 minutes whenever you want; you need to start with interval running and develop the stamina for that, and you need to learn when to stop, never ever cross the limits and never push yourself too hard, like it is good to push yourself for 2 more minutes or 5 more minutes, but if you think that pushing yourself for 20-45 minutes more is a good way to increase the stamina then WOWO you are absolutely wrong, stay regular and maintain the speed and stamina and run according to the time instead of rounds and that is enough.
Carry a small bottle of water with you and add some green tea bags in it, I am not saying to carry cooked green tea, I am just saying to carry green tea leaves in your water and if you feel dizzy and dull during the running or walking then you should add some vitamin C in your drink instead of green tea and if you want something really very good then add some apple cider vinegar in your drink instead anything else and it will actually help you lose weight too.
