Massage the Temples:
The eye care is connected with the temple massage. Using the thumb knuckle and massage your temple into circular motion. And do it 20 times as suing both directions and repeat the action above the midpoint of the eyebrow. And take a proper massage at the below eyes and bridge of the nose.
Sit straight; take a rest and just looking straight between your eyebrows. Focus and gaze on that point which you have focused for a few seconds and looking straight. Change your focus for at least 5 times and repeat the cycle for 3 times.

This is another effective eye care, an exercise which is simple and quick to do. Just sit on comfortable position and stretch the arms in the hitchhike position. You keep on focusing until the thumb is just about 3 inches front to your face. Do this for a few minutes and get amazing results.
