Fried KFC Chicken

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup or 170gm fine bread crumbs
- 1 Tea Spoon Knorr chicken bouillon
- 1/2 Tea Spoon salt
- 1/2 Tea Spoon garlic powder
- 1/4 Tea Spoon onion powder
- 1/2 Tea Spoon paprika
- 1/3 Tea Spoon Bell Seasoning or pinch ground sage
- 1 Table Spoon freshly chopped parsley
- 2 large cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 Tea Spoon soy sauce
- 1 Tea Spoon black pepper
- 1 Table Spoon Wondra flour
- 1 frying chicken, cut in pieces
Fried KFC Chicken. Dispense the oil into the pressure fryer or deep pan appropriate for frying, and then heat over average heat to about 360°F. In a minor bowl beat the egg, milk, and soy sauce, then mixing in half Tea Spoon Knorr chicken bouillon. Put the garlic pieces through a garlic press and add into the egg mixture. Stir well. In a distinct bowl, combine the 1 cup flour and the bread crumbs, and the remaining ingredients. Mix well with a fork.
