I personally think that every mother should trained her kids specially her girls to understate that sun is very harmful not only for your looks, but for yourself and for your health too and you should never ever go out without sunscreen and your sunglasses since sun increases the rate at which the skin ages and causes damage such as wrinkles and weak skin elasticity and if you want to get a beautiful and healthy looks then you need to protecting your skin from the sun’s harmful rays, sun not only absorb all the healthy moisturizer from your skin, but it release the UV rays which are very harmful or your body and your skin once your got hit by those rays then no matter how short sun exposure was it, they get absorbed by your skin and then they stay in your body and keep damaging the system and skin, if you are getting ready for your 30s then you need to stay in shades during the time of maximum heat almost from the time of 10 a.m. till 4 p.m., this is the time when sun is at its hottest and the rays more damaging and if you really have to then use sunblock, lip balm, eye cream and sunglasses and you have to use umbrella one that is designed for sun rays and drink two glass of water prior to sun exposure.
Smoking is not only bad for the heart and lungs, and your entire system, but it is very bad for your look and your appearance too, I can understand that you have been smoking for so many years, but now if you want to look and keep looking young then you have to quit smoking no matter what, I am not saying that you can take one or two a day, you should not smoke at all, cause this not only harm your system and your body, it increase the age procedure to and it absorb all the healthy moisturizer from your skin and your body, and you need to avoid the smokers too cause second-hand smoke has the same affect on skin cells of the non-smoker as it does on the smoker.
I would say that one should eat healthy for living a healthy life and for living a strong and enjoyable life, but if you want to look good then you should to be more careful and you should to be more healthier, you have to eat vegetables and fruits then meat and fried, no junk food for you from now, you have to eat lots of healthy salads and you have to pick from healthy options, bright vegetables, fruits, natural sweetener and natural minerals are great and you need to restore the healthy moisturizer
Yu should maintain a healthy cleansing and washing your skin routine and keep visiting your doc, dentist and your dermatologist at least twice a years even if you don’t have any issue, and if you are getting any they have to get some time to get a check as soon as possible
