2- Lie down on your bed horizontal and keep your eyes on the ceiling and let your head hang down over the edge of the bed and then very slowly lift your head upward and touch your chin with your neck root and hold the position for 10 seconds and then let it go back and count 10 and then come back and repeat that for 10 times everyday.
3- Sit in a comfortable positing and let your head hang on your back and look at the ceiling for 10 seconds and keep your lips closed tightly and now after counting 10 stick your tongue out and try to touch your chin with its tip and keep doing that for another 10 seconds and then come back and count 10 and repeat again and do 10 reaps of this.
