How To Get Rid Of Sunken Eyes
Almonds & Milk
Almonds are very good to hydrated the skin and if you add milk in it then it will help the dull and soggy kin too and it become the very good thing to treat your sunken eyes, just take 5 over bight soaked almonds and eat make a paste with milk and apply that all over the skin around your eyes till it get dry and then scrub it off and if you add milk and almonds in your diet then it will actually help your skin too.
Sometime we look sleepy all the time due to puffy eyes and if you keep getting that look so often then you need to get a sodium check and get some medical help cause it can be something pretty serious and life threatening, and with that you can try some homemade tips for that too and here are some very simple tips that are good for skin and your eyes.
Normally I recommend that place tomato or cucumber slice over yr eyes everyday for couple of minutes to keep your eyes healthy and beautiful, but if you make a specific mask with both things then it would even better, you need to grate small raw potatoes or cucumber and then add some basil tea and mix it with the pulp in it and set it in the ice tray and make cubes and use these on your eyes everyday and it would be very effective for your skin and your eyes.
We can use a chilled spoon on the eyes too and it will not only help you get rid of tired and dull looking eyes too, just keep two spoons in refrigerator for this.
You can use cold compress too and you can sue that is easily available in the market or you can use home made too, you just need to take a cold water or bags of ice cubes and use it on your eyes for a while.
1- Eat fresh green and colorful vegetables and fruits, maintain a healthy and blessed food and drink healthy juices and plain water.
2- Eat enough fiber and proteins.
3- Walk on the wet grass every morning before sunrise.
4- Use sunglasses.
5- Use eye drops.
6- Use salty water to wash your eyes once in a day.
7- Blink your eyes while working on PC.
8- Wash your eyes with rubbing alcohol /beer/ rose water.
9- Get a medic l checkup twice a years.
10- Keep an eye on your eye sight power number and take good sleep.
