I am going to share some simple steps to make our metabolism faster to get beautiful healthy and fit body and as we all know how important thing a fit body is to get fit brain and life.
Increase Your Metabolism
1- First thing that you should do to get healthy and faster metabolism is small portion of food and frequent meals, digesting food is the most hardest thing that you can do to increase your metabolism rate, I am not giving you any diet plan, but 6 meals a day is perfect thing to do to increase your metabolism rate.
2- You can boost metabolism temporarily with aerobic exercise, but you need to keep the variation in your exercise as different activities burn different quantities of calories and if you keep doing the something everyday then your body would start taking it as a your daily routine and would stop to responding it.
3- You can increase your metabolism with weight training, build the lean Muscle as muscles burns more calories than fat does, and keep one thing in mind, when you start weight training keep weight small with more rips and you will notice that you are getting big in beginning, but then you will be just fine.
4- Maintain a healthy diet, I would not say that you should not eat fat or oil or proteins, I am just saying that eat in small portions and eat balanced and healthy food, learn how to keep a balance in roosted fish and steamed vegetables and never ever eat a portion that is bigger than your own palm.
5- Adopt water therapy, start your day with 2 glasses of chilled water and keep drinking chilled water throughout the day, I am not saying that you should not drink juices or other drinks, but no calories in your drinks ever and if you even get a doubt that you are getting water retention then stop using salt at once, you can sue iodine supplements with that though, but no sodium for your from now on.
6- Eat spices, eat healthy greens and sea food are very tender, I am not talking about the fish and other foods, I am talking about all fishes and plants that we get from sea so don’t overcook then it is very important to get the benefits of sea food, roast them or try BBQ.
7- Eat nuts, seeds, beans and herbs like green tea, peppermint tea.
8- Sleep well.
