Roasted Garlic Oven Based Chicken

Ingredients for Roasted Garlic Oven Based Chicken
You will need to have:
-2 Tablespoons of extra-virgin oil
-Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
-4 skin-on boneless chicken breasts (about 1 ½ pounds)
-2 heads of garlic
-4 sprigs fresh rosemary
-4 slices of sourdough bread, either grilled or toasted
-And two tablespoons of white vinegar
If you don’t have any of them available in your house, you can go and buy the required ingredient form a superstore or market. Before going, make sure you have added all the required items in your grocery list.
You will start by preheating the oven to the temperature of 425 degrees. Once you have done that you will have to heat the olive oil in large ovenproof skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook. After you have done that, skin-side down until the chicken is browned. It will take 5 minutes.
After you have done that, separate the heads of garlic into cloves but do not peel.
Follow with flipping the chicken and adding the garlic and rosemary to the skillet and then transferring to the oven.
Let it get rest into the oven for a few time. Don’t take it out until it is all cooked. Roast until it is cooked through but still moist, 15 to 20 minutes.
After a while, place the bread on a platter and top each slice of bread with a chicken breast. The final steps include the addition of vinegar to the skillet. Once it is done scrape up any browned bits with a wooden spoon.
Add 3 tablespoons water in it and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Do it for 2 minutes maximum.
