1- Take a deep breath through your mouth and hold the air in your mouth and make a big balloon with the air in your mouth and make your face like you are playing trumpet and then hold on this pose for 30-60 seconds and then breathe out through your nose and do that 20 times a day to get rid of laugh lines and saggy cheeks.
