Sit in a comfortable position on the floor. In yoga exercises you have to sit on the floor not on the chair or other things. Rub your hands together till your palms getting hot when you feel hands hot put your hands on your eyes gently and softly. Put your hands on your eyes till your eyes absorb all the warmness of your hands. Repeat this procedure for minimum three times.
Sit in a comfortable position blink your eyes quickly for fifteen mints and after this procedure give relaxation to your eyes for twenty seconds and also repeat this process for three to four times.
Up And Down
Sit like a yoga position and take a deep breath now see upper side till your muscles get stretched and then see down till your muscle stretched again. Then relax your eyes for some second and repeat this for four times.
Far And Near
Sit like a yoga posture now bring your thumb in front of your eyes you have to look straight in this exercise. When you look you thumb focus your eyes on the thumb without blinking of eyes. Now bring your thumb near your eyes very slowly and again bring it far from your face. Repeat it for two times.
Sit in a yoga position and start move your eyes in round circle. Move your eye balls ten times in round shape. Make three halves of ten moves.
Sit in a relax position and look straight. Bring your thumb in front of your face. Now focus on your thumb and move your thumb slowly from right to left side till you can move and see. You have to move your thumb and vision not neck.
Nose Tip Gazing
Sit in relax and comfortable environment. Start looking on your nose tip and continue till your muscle stretched when you feel tightness in your muscles look upon your forehead and till your muscles stretched.
